Please contact me in writing first. I will acknowledge your complaint and respond within five business days. I do not extend my own handling beyond that window. If the matter needs to go further, Julian Harris Adviser Network Limited (my principal firm) takes it on and has up to eight weeks for a final response under FCA rules. If, five business days after you receive my response, you are still unhappy, contact the network using the details below. If FCA timescales are not met (for example no final response within eight weeks from when you raised the complaint with me or the network) or you disagree with a final response, you may refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You normally have six months from the date of the final response letter unless the ombudsman agrees to accept a late referral.

I am covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if I cannot meet my obligations. Most types of investment business are covered for 100% of the first £85,000. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.
